Clawfoot Angel

The world is filled with mysterious creatures of all shapes and sizes. Some are beautiful, some awkward, some a little of both. This Clawfoot Angel is carved from found aspen. The arms are antique porcelain doll parts excavated from the grounds of an old factory in Germany. The wings are made of vintage tin. The claw feet are made from antique sugar tongs. There's a vintage keyhole escutcheon nailed to the body with tiny painted stars inside the keyhole. It’s painted with acrylic and finished with wax.

The angel has a small hook on the back to easily hang it on the wall.
